We also work with Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission in improving underground sewer and water lines. Our civil engineering and construction management education along with a diverse construction background experience make us a dynamic company.

Rivers Construction Group, Ltd is a local Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that was established in 2006 in Jessup, Maryland. We specialize in underground utility construction, including water mains, water meter vaults, sewers, storm drainage, as well as asphalt and flat concrete.
